A world traveler with an eye for design, he aimed to create an environment that reflected his passion for beauty and health, complete with stunning landscaping and a commitment to healthy living. However, starting from scratch posed significant challenges in design, construction, and operational flow.
Action
Haag Brown’s Medical Division stepped in to make this dream a reality. They developed a 9,390 square foot, state-of-the-art medical office, surgery center, and spa in the Reserve at Hill Park—a 27-acre lifestyle-oriented office development featuring a 3-acre lake and wooded walking trail conveniently located off Browns Lane in Jonesboro. Haag Brown facilitated the entire process, from designing the building and creating a cohesive brand logo to marketing the new practice and organizing the flow within the space. Recognizing the importance of family and collaboration, they also developed a medical building for the surgeon’s wife who specializes in the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis and Psoriatic Arthritis, ensuring that both practices shared a beautifully landscaped courtyard, enhancing the overall aesthetic and functionality.
Results
The combination of the medical office, surgery center, and spa created a comprehensive patient experience that emphasized wellness and beauty.
