BIG NEWS for Paragould — and a huge congratulations to our long-time partners and friends at Baptist. 
Baptist Memorial Health Care has announced a merger agreement 
with Arkansas Methodist Medical Center 
in Paragould, and based on what we’ve seen firsthand, this is the start of something HUGE in Paragould.
Baptist entered the Jonesboro market over 15 years ago. Soon after, they built 
an integrated healthcare campus from the ground up, which had never been done in Jonesboro. What followed wasn’t just better healthcare — it was an economic earthquake. Since the Baptist Campus was completed, over 
commercial developments have followed in that same area, and our team has had the privilege of working on many of them. Baptist’s investment 
in their new healthcare campus is one of the most significant — if not the single most important — economic catalysts to ever occur in Jonesboro.
WHY does that matter for Paragould? Because Baptist has a proven track record of not just investing in healthcare, but investing in entire communities.
